• Do you accept online bookings?
â—‹ Yes we do accept online bookings. We are a fully automated and frictionless customer service cleaning provider. Feel free to book online using the BOOK NOW button at the top of the screen.
• Do you take cash?
â—‹ Unfortunately we do not accept any cash or check payments. We do however accept online payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.
• Do you provide your own equipment?
â—‹ Our cleaners provide all equipment needed to complete services. If you have a specific request, we ask that you provide this information in your request so that we can ensure our cleaners are equipped with the correct equipment for the job.
• How do we pay for the service?
â—‹ Once cleaning service is completed, payment will be made with the payment details that were
collected upon booking - the final invoice will be sent to you directly and payment will be processed.
• What is the difference between the Services?
â—‹ Standard Clean:
Kitchen: Microwave, Stovetop, Table and chairs, Counters and backsplash, Dusting, Outside Fridge, Dishes/Load Dishwasher, Sink, Faucets, Sweep/Mop
Bedroom/Bathrooms: Make Beds, Vacuum/Mop, Dusting, Mirrors/Glass, Tubs/Showers, Sinks, Toilets
Entire House: Vacuum/Mop, Empty and Replace Garbage, Dusting, Small Interior Windows, sills, and frames
â—‹ Deep Clean:
Everything in a Standard Clean Plus: Baseboards, blinds, inside fridge, ceiling fans, couch cushions, large interior windows (including sliding doors)
â—‹ Move in/Move out:
Everything included in Standard/Deep Clean Plus: Inside Cabinets/Drawers and shelves inside closets.
